Today Easton had to have his tubes in his ears removed and then replaced and have his adenoids taken out. He was so brave. He didn't even shed a tear. The surgery took about 40 minutes, but we were there for 3.5 hours. He was a super trooper. All of the staff at the hospital were wonderful. They were so nice and good to him, they were very kid friendly and made the experience a fun one. Dr. Major's said that adenoids usually come out in tiny pieces, but Eastons were huge and actually came out in a big mass. Now breathing won't be so hard and his sleep apnea will disappear.
I can't believe how well he is doing he is a strong little boy. He has only fussed once today and we were 2 hours overdue on his pain meds. He is an amazing little boy, we love him and are so happy that everything was better than expected.
Good job Easton, I am very proud of you.

Poor little guy, that must have been hard on all of you. I have no idea what adenoids are but I sure hope having them removed helps him sleep better.
I have another month before I know what I'm having. Don't worry I'll 'fer sher' blog about it. :)
