Best GIft ever...

My darling surprised me with a 2 day getaway. I am so excited I can hardly stand it. I have been wanting to go for an overnight with just the 2 of us for quite sometime and he surprised me with this for our anniversary. We are staying at The Chateau in Park City and have reservations at Ruths Chris for dinner. He arranged it all...babysitter, hotel, dinner and surpirsed me today. I am so excited. I can't imagine not being on a schedule, getting to sleep in or stay in bed all day, go shopping, eat at a restaraunt and stay and enjoy it, go to a movie even the 9pm movie if we want too. I am sure this sounds crazy to some of you but we have only left our kids...ready for this... 1 time ever. We left Easton when he was 1 and went to Hawaii with our friends. Mason just had his first sleep over by himself 1 month ago at Grandma Kathy's. Grayson has never been left. I am trying to remember that they will and can survive with out me. They will have a ball and be well taken care of. Mason is so excited, Easton is a little worried and Gray has no idea. And me I am like a little kid on Christmas Eve. What a sweet husband. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are the BEST!!! I will be on the countdown.

9 years ago today...

Garet and I spent our morning here. It is a wonderful memory and still so fresh and vivid in my mind. Like it was yesterday. It was a beautiful day, very magical and fairy tale like. I am more in love today than I was then and can't imagine my life without him. He is my soul mate, my best friend, and the one and only person I want to be with. I still get anxious when we are apart and I feel like a little puppy dog every time he comes home from work. I LOVE spending all my time with him and would be happy if he never had to go to work and we could spend every day tothether. When he leaves for long periods of time I cry and can't wait until he returns.

Our lives have changed and our family is growing....

and life truly is better when we are together.
I LOVE YOU BABE! Thanks for making my life blissful.

Dinosaur Park

I always try to reward my boys for good behavior when we need to spend a good part of our day doing shopping and errands. So today we headed to Dinosaur park. We were pretty lucky that Shell was able to meet us there too. We had fun and it makes shopping a lot easier.

" I am still determined to be cheerful and happpy, in whatever situation I may be;
for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our dispositons, and not upon our circumstances."

Moab 2010

We went to moab with my parents and Bryan and Cecilie. Shellee and Todd were going to come but Todd became deathly ill and so they were unable to come.
We had a ball. We camped at the slickrock campground. They had a pool, hot tub, and playground. We took our bikes and atvs and went on some super fun rides. We went to zions national park and did a little hiking and sight seeing. Some of us rode slick rock on bikes while the others went for an atv ride. We truly had a great time. It is so fun to go with Bry and Cecilie and their boys. All of our boys play and get along so well. We all know it is always fun for everyone when grandma and grandpa come. This was an awesome way to kick off the camping season. I am really excited to do more camping with the boys this summer.

Graysons 1st haircut

Garet Gave Grayson his first haircut. He looks super cute. We didn't take much off but it is amazing what a trim does. He is a QT pie.

Coraline Kathleen Jones

TADA...here she is. Coraline Kathleen Jones made her arrival today. It was a long journey getting here but she made it. She is happy and healthy and cute. She weighed 7lbs 3oz and is 21in long. We sure are happy she is here and can't wait to see her. Holly went in early in the morning on March 31st to get started and Miss "C" took here time. She finally arrived on April fools at 3:30ish just a few days before her due date. Big sister Charlotte will be a great big sister and a good example to her. Dalton and Holly we are very happy for you and wish you all the best. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Once in a while I take the boys up to the ranch to feed the elk with Garet. Grayson LOVES it. This is his new found playground. He laughs and points at the elk and buffalo. It is so cute. He loves to pick up snow, mud, hay, and yucky poop. He will grab anything he gets his hands on. He likes tractor rides, helping me get the gates, and finding rocks. We have a good, dirty time. Mason asks to go to the ranch everyday/a 100x's a day, he is like his daddy, this is his passion. Easton loves it too, but would rather go on a bike ride or play with friends these days. This is every boys dream and my boys are so lucky.
